When I launched JS CPA Strategic Solutions, the goal wasn’t to build another accounting firm. It was to create the kind of financial partner I kept seeing business owners need, but rarely have.
After years of working with entrepreneurs across different industries, I kept noticing the same pattern. Businesses doing well on the surface, often in the 7–8 figure range, were still making major financial and strategic decisions without the level of guidance those decisions actually required.
They didn’t need more compliance.
They needed clarity, foresight, and someone who could help them think a few steps ahead.
That’s what this firm was built around.
Today, we work alongside business owners navigating growth, acquisitions, and exit planning, providing CFO-level advisory and transaction support grounded in real-world execution.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in mergers, acquisitions, tax planning, and financial strategy, helping business owners build scalable, profitable structures that support long-term growth.

My foundation in accounting started early. I grew up around financial professionals and saw how numbers influence real decisions, not just on paper, but in how businesses grow and evolve.
I earned my Honours Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University’s Goodman School of Business in 2011 and obtained my CPA designation in 2015.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with business owners across Canada and the U.S. in sectors including SaaS, technology, professional services, sports, and biotech.
One thing became clear.
As businesses grow, the challenges don’t go away. They just become more complex.
At that level, success isn’t about working harder.
It’s about having the right structure and financial lens guiding decisions.
